Mixed Media on Wood, Let's Travel 18" x 36"

This is an abstract landscape original mixed media painting. I mixed layers of painted silk and acrylics to create texture. Transparency and translucency are the main parts of the design. Playing with colors is something I do all my life and this technique takes the color subtleties to the next level. The angle and intensity of light shining on this piece will create different textures and depth.
