This is an abstract silk painting, embroidered and framed. No other material takes the colors so well as the silk. Colors shine. I use professional DuPont dyes and watercolor paintbrushes. When finished, the silk is steamed and is fully washable. The frame is black wood, 1/2" deep and 2" wide. With white paper mat.
