Mixed Media Painting on Wood, 24"x24"x2", Running Away

Running Away is a diptych (each piece is 12" x 24" x 2"). Mixed media on wood. I layered acrylics and painted silk, to show many layers and depth. It is a memory of our escape from communist Czechoslovakia in 1969, after the occupation.
